Compassionate care for those facing a life-limiting illness
As part of our full spectrum of senior services, The Village of St. Edward is pleased to partner with Northeast Ohio Hospice to provide end-of-life care for our residents and their families. Accredited since 2016, Northeast Ohio Hospice meets or exceeds all Medicare and Medicaid certification standards.
Specialized Support
Your circle of care includes a hospice physician, registered nurses, therapists, dietitians, social workers and aides. Together, they create an individualized care plan to:
- Relieve your pain
- Manage your symptoms
- Help you dress, bathe and eat
- Help with your finances and insurance
- Provide medical care and equipment
- Offer grief support to your loved ones
- Provide calming spiritual support
- Listen to your concerns
