Dear Residents, Families, Community, and Employees,

Satisfaction Surveys Due Date of July 12th is quickly approaching
We are quickly approaching the deadline for return of our Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey. Currently, we have received only 20 % of the surveys.
Your input on this annual survey helps us in two very important ways. It helps us identify opportunities for improvement; as well as identify areas in which our staff has achieved excellence in the care and service they deliver. While this year has been challenging with the onset of COVID-19, and some of the inpact of the pandemic lingers, we believe it is important to formally hear from our Residents and Families. The survey is being conducted by Holleran Consulting, an independent research firm who will collect and analyze the results. Surveys were provided to Residents throughout the Village and those (primary contact) with a family member in Nursing, Assisted Living or Memory Care.
Village Fest
Village Fest is also quickly approaching and we are looking forward to the opportunity to come together for fun and to Support The Village. This year the proceeds from the event will support an in room channel at each community and other technology upgrades to support Residents.
